Tipping is optional, but always appreciated.
Some guests prefer to add a tip during checkout, while others choose to do so at the end of the tour. it’s entirely up to you.

For the 8:30 AM tour, hotel pickup may be available if your location is nearby — if you have any mobility concerns or special needs, please let us know during checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
You can cancel or reschedule your tour up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, the booking is non-refundable.
